MSB Engineering Services is a 100% black owned contracting engineering company specialising in mechanical engineering services. The company was formed in 2008 by Rodriek N Mushwana. Rodriek has been part of HVAC industry for many years and the desire to venture into contracting was born after realising that the generation of good HVAC contractors are getting old and leaving a void in the industry. With global warming and energy challenges we are confronted with, MSB Engineering wishes to make a different in the contracting space.

Rodriek has spent 23 years of his life in the engineering field 20 of which was spent in HVAC. He started his journey as an tradesman's assistant in maintenance before moving to consulting in 1996 after 3 years. Passion for HVAC has never died over the years. Rodriek had an opportunity of working on prestige projects over the years under the directorship of Graeme J Page ( the founding member of Graeme Page consulting engineers). Mr Joao is in possession of the following certificates scaffolding erection & inspection, hazard identification and risk assessment certificate. His team comprises of matured technicians and reliable assistance. Mr Joao work can be confirmed and guaranteed by suppliers mentioned above. This team can do an mixed system projects from start to finish unsupervised.

8 years - Worked as a sub-contractor for many well known contracting companies
EXPERTISE:
Expect installer of VRV systems:Daikin; Samsung; LG and Mitsubishi Ducting Good background in maintenance.
Mr Maoto is very good in fault finding, especially VRV systems, his trouble shooting skills is above average. His team comprises of technicians and reliable assistance. Jonas work is neat and he's always on time.This is a team to use on challenging projects i.e re-vamp project or where the schedule is tight.

One of the best erector of ducting in the industry Good background in parkaged units installation.
Mr Mpofu's team comprises of reliable duct erectors. Pryton's work is neat and presentable to clients where services are exposed.This is a team to use on challenging projects with height.
